Snack Recipes

Healthy Snack Recipes are a must when you’re looking to up your health and wellness game. I find that having healthy snacks available reduces the amount of junk food and heavily processed food that’s eaten in our home.

Some of my favorite healthy savory snacks lean heavily on plant based protein like crispy roasted chickpeas, white bean dip, and roasted spiced nuts.ย 

Healthy Sweet Snack Recipes like salted brownie bites, grain-free energy bars or apple cinnamon granola keep my sweet tooth satisfied and my body energized.

If smoothies are your jam, you’ll want to take a peek my avocado kale smoothie or if you prefer something sweet this chocolate cherry smoothie is insanely delish and always hits the spot.
