Ingredients

¼ cup nutritional yeast
2 Tablespoons dried parsley
1 Tablespoon dried dill
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 teaspoons onion powder
2 teaspoons onion flakes
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon celery seed
½ teaspoon mustard powder
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ teaspoon fine sea salt

Instructions

Measure all ingredients into dry jar with tight fitting lid. Shake well.

Notes

Use a sterilized glass jar with tight fitting lid.

Dry ranch mix stored in an airtight container in your pantry will stay good for 6 months.

2 Tablespoons homemade dry ranch dressing mix is equivalent to one packet hidden valley ranch dressing in recipes.

HOMEMADE RANCH DRESSING: Mix together 1 package silken tofu, ⅓ cup apple cider vinegar, 1 Tablespoon maple syrup and 3 Tablespoons dry ranch mix.

HOMEMADE RANCH DIP: Whisk together ¾ cup vegan sour cream, 1 teaspoon lemon juice and 1 Tablespoon dry ranch mix.
