REALIZE YOUR POTENTIAL—OUR CLASSES ARE CUSTOM-TAILORED FOR 4–12 INDIVIDUALS.

Learning how to make nutritious and delicious food, and utilizing those skills in your everyday life is the single best way to impact your overall health and well being. Eating more meals at home that utilize fresh wholesome ingredients allows you to control what you put into your body and therefore how you feel.

COMMUNITY CLASSES:

 Cooking Workshops offer you the opportunity to explore thematic topics and learn to create delicious, beautiful and healthy food. The classes are demonstration and Debra will teach 4-6 seasonal, whole foods based recipes, which you will sample. At the end of the class you will receive recipes electronically.

PRIVATE CLASSES:

To book a private class in your home, please email me dkhealthcoach@gmail.com for availability. A private in-home healthy cooking party is great for small family gatherings, birthdays, girls night out, teens, etc. Debra’s cooking parties are unique, fun and designed to offer something for everyone, whether your guests are beginners, or chef’s-in-the-making. It’s a like a live cooking show in your home! I will help you plan a personalized menu for your group.
