Place all ingredients except water into the bowl of a food processor or blender.
Process until smooth. Frosting will be SUPER thick. Add ¼ cup water and blend again.
You may need up to ¼ cup more water....but take it slowly, adding 1 tablespoon at a time until desired consistency is acheived.
Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. Stir well before using. You may need to add 1 tablespoon water and then stir again, if it has solidified too much.
