Healthy Ranch Dressing takes about 2 minutes to make with simple pantry ingredients. This vegan ranch recipe is easy to make and is perfect for salads, wraps or as a veggie dip.
Place hemp seeds, garlic, parsley, dill, celery seed, onion powder and sea salt in pitcher of blender.
Zest and juice the lemon into the pitcher as well.
Pour in the water and blend until smooth. Scrape down sides. Blend again.
Notes
PARSLEY: if you don't have fresh parsley, use 1-2 teaspoons dried. LEMONS: Substitute ¼ cup bottled lemon juice for the fresh if needed. Taste, adding an additional Tablespoon as needed for desired tartness.
