Place rolled oats into food processor and grind into oat flour.
Add beans, tahini, baking powder and soda, maple syrup and vanilla. Process until smooth.
stir chocolate chips in by hand.
Spread blondie batter into square baking pan lined with parchment. Bake for 17 minutes in preheated 350 oven.
Let blondies cool in pan before removing and then cutting into squares.
