INGREDIENTS

Oats, white beans, tahini, vanilla, baking soda and powder,  maple syrup and chocolate chips.

Grind Oats

Place rolled oats into food processor and grind into oat flour.

Add ingredients

Add beans, tahini, baking powder and soda, maple syrup and vanilla.  Process until smooth.

Add chocolate chips

stir chocolate chips in by hand.

Pour into pan.

Spread blondie batter into square baking pan lined with parchment. Bake for 17 minutes in preheated 350 oven.

Cool and Cut

Let blondies cool in pan before removing and then cutting into squares.
