First rinse and drain the beans. Use a potato masher or a fork to mash, leaving a bit of texture.
Add tomato paste, ground flax, olive oil, parsley, oat flour, minced shallot, spices and grate garlic right over bowl. Mix until everything is well incorporated and uniform in texture.
Scoop onto prepared baking sheet. Use a cookie scoop or the two spoon cookie drop method. This recipe will make about 18 equal portions.
Wet your hands and roll into smooth, golf-ball sized veggie balls.
Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 20 minutes. Roll them over and continue to bake for 15 minutes, until golden.
