Wash and trim the broccoli. Cut stalk into thin rounds and then trim the heads .
In a small bowl, whisk together oil, lemon zest and juice, salt, onion powder, parsley, dill and crushed pepper.
Pour the marinade over the trimmed broccoli and toss until evenly coated.
Transfer to a large rimmed baking tray and sprinkle on the nuts. Spread evenly in a single layer.
Roast in preheated 425 oven for about 20 minutes, until crisp, but not burnt.

Sprinkle on the nutritional yeast and transfer to a serving bowl. Add a bit more lemon or crushed red pepper if desired.
