Broccoli Avocado Oil Lemon Garlic Coarse Sea Salt Onion Powder Parsley Dill Red Pepper Flakes Sliced Almonds Nutritional Yeast

Prep The Broccoli

Wash and trim the broccoli. Cut stalk into thin rounds and then trim the heads .

Prep  Marinade

In a small bowl, whisk together oil, lemon zest and juice, salt, onion powder, parsley, dill and crushed pepper.

Pour onto Broccoli

Pour the marinade over the trimmed broccoli and toss until evenly coated.

Spread on baking tray

Transfer to a large rimmed baking tray and sprinkle on the nuts. Spread evenly in a single layer.

Roast The Broccoli

Roast in preheated 425 oven for about 20 minutes, until crisp, but not burnt.
