Carrots

Sweet Potatoes

Brussels Sprouts

Olive oil

Cinnamon

Salt + Pepper

Peel carrots and beets. Chop into small dice. Dice potatoes and brussels sprouts to similar sizes. Place on parchment lined baking sheet.

Roast

Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt, pepper and cinnamon. Roast in preheated 425 oven for 30 minutes.

Tzimmes can be served warm or at room temperature.

Store Tzimmes in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 5 days. Reheat in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes, until heated through.
