If using frozen fruit, check the pieces, cutting any larger chunks into bite sized pieces. If using fresh, peel and chop fresh pineapple and ripe mango into small dice.
Peel onion and cut into small dice. For jalapeno pepper, remove membranes and seeds before mincing. If you like a more spicy mango salsa, leave the membranes and a few of the seeds. Wash and dry fresh cilantro and then roughly chop.
Place cut fruit into medium bowl. Add onions, jalapeños and cilantro and juice of the lime. Mix well, then serve!
