Drain. Rinse. Drain the chickpeas again. Then dry them on a clean kitchen towel and rub them dry, dislodging the skins.
Sprinkle with spices. Then, get in there with your hands to mix well. These are no oil crispy chickpeas, the spices are all you need.
Place spiced chickpeas in a preheated 450 degree oven, turning the temperature down to 350 .to slow roast for 25 minutes.
Healthy Roasted Chickpeas taste best straight from the oven. To keep them crispy, store at room temperature without a lid.
