Try this delicious Easy Hamantaschen Recipe made with almond flour and tahini. These vegan and gluten-free 3 corner Purim Cookies can be customized with your favorite hamantaschen fillings.

Ingredients

Make the dough

Place all ingredients into food processor and pulse until dough is crumbly and holds together

Roll out the dough

Roll dough out to 1/4" thickness.

Cut into circles

Use cookie cutters or the bottom of a glass to cut dough out into circles.

Fill and fold

Place a teaspoon of filling into each circle, then fold and pinch the corners to create a three corner cookie.

Bake

Bake hamantaschen cookies in preheated 350 oven for 13 minutes.

Decorate

Drizzle with melted chocolate if desired.
