Wash and trim, toss in olive oil so they won’t stick to the grill.
Whisk all ingredients together and set aside until asparagus are ready.
Carefully place oiled asparagus on the grill so they are perpendicular to the grill slats. Grill for 4 minutes and then gently roll to the other side so they don’t fall through. Grill another 4 minutes, or until desired tenderness.
Place grilled asparagus on a serving platter and drizzle with mustard sauce. Serve warm or at room temp.
