- Almond Milk - Apple Cider Vinegar - Ground Flax - Pure Maple Syrup - Olive Oil - Vanilla Extract - Ripe Bananas - Old Fashioned Oats - Baking Powder - Baking Soda

Make The Batter

Blend almond milk, apple cider vinegar and ground flax until just mixed. Add in remaining ingredients, and blend together as well. Avoid the urge to overmix.

Cook The Pancakes

Heat a heavy skillet over medium heat. Swirl in a Tablespoon of olive oil, then pour or ladle out the batter onto the pan. Let them cook for 2-3 minutes, until small bubbles begin to form. Flip and cook for additional 2 minutes on the other side.

Serve & Enjoy

Serve warm with pure maple syrup and fresh berries.
