Maple syrup, Rice Vinegar, Tamari, Arrowroot powder and crushed red pepper.
Whisk together arrowroot powder and water. Then add to a saucepan with tamari, maple syrup and vinegar. Cook to thicken
Chop each vegetable into bite sized pieces. Grate garlic and fresh ginger. Thinly slice scallions.
Heat a heavy skillet or a wok over medium-high heat. Start with the heartier veggies that will take longer to cook.
Continue to add vegetables including snow peas, broccoli florets, bell peppers, mushrooms, bok choy.
Stir in the scallions, ginger and garlic. Toss and cook until fragrant.
Pour on teriyaki sauce and toss until thoroughly mixed in.
Sprinkle on red pepper flakes, sesame seeds and additional sliced scallions as desired. Serve on top of a bed of rice.
