Add flour, oats, ground flax, apple sauce, cinnamon, cloves, all spice, baking soda, vanilla, honey and apple cider vinegar to food processor.
Process, then scrape down sides. Process again until everything is well incorporated. You will have a thick, creamy batter.
Chop apples into small dice. There's no need to peel them, and mix into the cake batter.
Pour into greased bundt pan and bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
Cool completely before storing or frosting.
Mix together dates, almond milk and cacao powder in a food processor until creamy.
Spoon date sweetened chocolate glaze unto top of apple cake and let it drip down sides.
