Prep The Vegetables

Peel and dice beets, carrots, and sweet potatoes. Wash and trim brussles sprouts and cut into pieces similar in size to diced veggies. Put everything on a pan, drizzle with oil, add seasoning, and roast for 30 minutes

Serve & Enjoy

Combine all of the roasted vegetables and serve immediately. Tzimmes can be made in advance and gently reheated in a 325 oven until warmed through.
