This fennel salad with oranges and avocado is vibrant and refreshing, tangy and beautiful. 5 wholesome ingredients, 10 minutes to prep…it tastes incredible, and doesn’t even need a salad dressing!

Cut the tops off the fennel bulb and set aside the fronds for the salad. Cut the bulb in half and then thinly slice.

Artfully arrange watercress, sliced fennel, oranges, onion and avocaddo on a platter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
