Orange and Fennel Citrus Salad

This fennel salad with oranges and avocado is vibrant and refreshing, tangy and beautiful. 5 wholesome ingredients, 10 minutes to prep…it tastes incredible, and doesn’t even need a salad dressing!

Ingredients

Prep oranges

Cut the bottom off each orange and then the peel.  Slice the flesh.

Slice fennel

Cut the tops off the fennel bulb and set aside the fronds for the salad.  Cut the bulb in half and then thinly slice. 

Slice red onion

Cut onion in half, then place cut side down. Thinly slice.

Plate

Artfully arrange watercress, sliced fennel, oranges, onion and avocaddo on a platter.  Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
