-Apples -Apple Cider Vinegar -Cinnamon

Prep The Apples

Slice apples in half. Do not peel. Core and seed (I use a melon-baller to make this easy), then trim the stem and ends. Slice halves in half again

Blend The Ingredients

Add the sliced apples into a food blender. Then add in apple cider vinegar, cinnamon and dates if using.

Serve & Enjoy

Enjoy the applesauce right away or store it for later! Raw applesauce will stay good in fridge for up to a week.
