Blend The Ingredients

Put all ingredients except apples in food processor and mix until well blended. No need to peel apples, but core and dice. Mix apples into batter by hand.

Bake The Cake

Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake 40 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool for 20 minutes before removing from pan. Transfer to wire rack to cool completely before drizzling with chocolate sauce.

Make The Drizzle

Remove pits from dates. If they are dry, soak in warm water for 30 minutes. Drain dates and add to blender or food processor along with almond milk and cacao. Blend until smooth.

Serve & Enjoy

Use a small spoon to drizzle sauce over top of cake and let it drip down sides and center. Then serve and enjoy!
