Stack romaine and juilienne slice. Thinly slice radishes by hand or use a mandoline. Cut cucumbers into thin rounds or use a vegetable peeler or mandoline for long strips.
Mix romaine, cucumbers, radish and capers in a large bowl. Sprinkle hemp seeds on top, drizzle with dressing and mix well.
Taste to see if more dressing is needed. less is more---so it doesn't get soggy. You can always pass around more dressing as needed.
