Separate the leaves from the stems of the fresh herbs and finely chop.
Finely dice shallot and add to bowl with herbs.
Finely grate garlic and zest lime into bowl with other ingredients.
Add salt and red pepper flakes into bowl.
Juice lime over bowl, add olive oil and vinegar and then mix well.
Serve on toast, over roasted veggies, your favorite protein or add to salads, wraps, sandwiches or grains.
