Measure almond milk, vanilla and cocoa powder into tall cup. Measure chia seeds.
Use an immersion blender to thoroughly mix the cacao powder into the liquid ingredients.
Mix in the chia seeds. Be sure to incorporate them thoroughly so there are no clumps. Use a fork, or the blender.
Let the chia pudding sit about 5 minutes and then mix again. Place in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
Top with your favorite berries, nuts or chocolate.
